Why are you start?
My name is Kaushik. I started my fitness journey with a small dream—to become strong like my father. He was a bodybuilder, but he passed away when I was very young. I kept his photo on my wall and promised to make him proud.
At school, people laughed at me. They said, “Kaushik thinks he’s a gym trainer!” But I didn’t stop. I worked hard every day—woke up early, ate clean food, and trained with full heart.
One day, our school had a fitness competition. Everyone thought the football players would win. But I gave my best and won the challenge. That day, everything changed.
My friends started asking for fitness tips. My teachers supported me. That’s when I decided—I will start my own brand: FitKaushik.
FitKaushik is not just a name. It’s my story. My dream. My heart.
